Job Title: Training Tele-Sales Counselor

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Training Tele-Sales Counselor to promote and sell training programs to field engineers, diploma holders, graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable training and certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Counsel field engineers, graduates, and professionals regarding available training programs.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
- Explain course benefits, curriculum, certification value, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 month –3 years of experience in telesales, educational counseling, training sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling technical training, certification programs, or educational services.
- Understanding of engineering and industrial training programs.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
