About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Sales Intern to join our growing team. The intern will assist in generating leads, communicating with clients, promoting IT services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients through online research and lead generation
* Assist in promoting IT services such as:
* Website Development
* Mobile App Development
* Software & SaaS Solutions
* Handle client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
* Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
* Support proposal preparation and quotation sharing
* Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams
* Learn and understand IT products and services
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of sales and marketing
* Interest in technology and IT services
* Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
* Self-motivated and eager to learn
Preferred Skills
* Lead generation experience
* Telecalling or customer handling skills
* Basic knowledge of marketing and web technologies
* English communication skills
