We are looking for a smart, creative, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary & Content Creator. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have strong communication skills and a passion for creating innovative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and basic office coordination
- Assist in administrative and personal tasks
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Write captions, posts, and basic promotional content
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns
- Support brand building and online presence
- Maintain records, files, and reports
- Attend and coordinate business meetings when required
- Travel to and attend meetings at our Kochi office and other business locations as needed
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Creative thinking and innovative mindset
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools (preferred)
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Willingness to travel for meetings and office-related responsibilities when required
