We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales and Marketing) to increase revenue across our hotel rooms, banquet hall, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through corporate partnerships, events, group bookings, and local marketing initiatives.
This is a target-oriented role with excellent incentive-earning potential for candidates who can consistently generate revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase room occupancy through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, and group bookings.
- Generate banquet hall bookings for weddings, conferences, meetings, training programs, and social events.
- Promote restaurant sales through local partnerships, special events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business accounts.
- Build relationships with event planners, wedding organizers, companies, educational institutions, hospitals, and local businesses.
- Conduct sales visits, client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure excellent guest and client experiences.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend sales strategies to improve revenue.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, hotel sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to generate leads and close business independently.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, banquet, or event sales.
- Existing network of corporate contacts and local business relationships.
- Knowledge of hotel bookings, event sales, and customer acquisition.

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
