Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fire Safety Supervisor (Site) to oversee the installation, servicing, maintenance, and inspection of fire protection systems at project sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling fire safety equipment and possess a Diploma in Fire & Safety from a recognized institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and servicing of fire safety equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinklers, fire alarm systems, and related equipment.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth execution of site activities.
- Prepare service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues related to fire safety systems and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Train site personnel on fire safety practices and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain inventory records of fire safety equipment and materials.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in fire equipment servicing, maintenance, and site supervision.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to prepare service and maintenance reports.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Fire & Safety from a recognized Fire & Safety College/Institute (Mandatory).
- Additional certifications in Fire Safety or Industrial Safety will be an advantage.

- Hands-on experience in servicing and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and site workers effectively.

Key Requirement
