Role Summary:
The Preschool Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, academics, admissions, parent engagement, and staff management of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily preschool and daycare operations.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
- Drive admissions, parent counselling, and retention initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address concerns promptly.
- Plan and oversee events, celebrations, workshops, and school programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
- Monitor branch performance and achieve growth targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of preschool experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 and early childhood education practices preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
