We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Director to lead the enrollment efforts
for our MBA program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-time MBA admissions,
outreach strategies, and student recruitment at leading universities or business schools.
This role is pivotal in driving program growth, building relationships, and ensuring that the admissions
process is seamless, engaging, and aligned with the institution’s brand and academic objectives.
- Lead the admissions process for the TMBA program, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential applicants, alumni, industry partners, and academic networks.
- Plan and participate in recruitment events, webinars, seminars, and campus visits.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and content tailored for prospective students.
- Manage and mentor the admissions team, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
- Analyze admission trends, provide feedback to leadership, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, data privacy, and ethical recruitment practices.
Report directly to senior management on admissions pipeline, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.

- 8 – 15 years of experience in full-time MBA admissions, preferably in universities or recognized business schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in outreach, lead generation, and candidate engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, faculty, and administration.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week on-site and be actively involved in student interactions and events.
