Job Description
IPSR is looking for a motivated Software Intern to join our team in Kottayam. The role offers an opportunity to work on software and emerging technology initiatives while also supporting the Training Division in delivering technical training programs and learning activities.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Python, Data Analytics, and AI concepts, along with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Skills Required

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in software development, technical research, and experimentation
- Support the development of technology-based applications and solutions
- Assist the Training Division in delivering structured technical training programs and skill enhancement sessions
- Support trainers in preparing training materials, demonstrations, exercises, and technical content
- Participate in internal R&D and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers, trainers, and technical teams
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities
- Explore and learn emerging technologies in AI, Data Analytics, and related domains
- Support other technical and training-related activities as required
