We are looking for a reliable and experienced QS-quantity surveyor to join our Expertise team of SRS.
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Billing Engineer
Education: BE / DCE (Civil)
Work Location: Head Office, Tuticorin
Experience: 05-10 years of work in the same filed.
Position Type: Permanent/Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Should have knowledge in various building construction as well as works for commercial and industrial projects.
- Responsible for overall commercial aspects like Project P & L reporting, billing as well as subcontract management.
- You should be involved in estimating and costing, drafting, tender preparation.
- Evaluated overall quantities of the project material. Also, verified drawings, specifications
- Preparation of detailed BOQ, considering with approved budget from management.
- Verification of project weekly & monthly subcontractor bills.
- Create project budgets and forecasts.
- Should be experienced in the Preparation of bar-bending schedules as per drawings.
- Should be knowledge in Auto CAD, and measurement related software
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
