HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in planning and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
Recruitment & on boarding
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and offer processes
- Manage employee on boarding and induction programs
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Performance & Training
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory reporting
- Assist in updating HR policies as per legal and organizational requirements
HR Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management
- Monitor HR KPIs such as attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
