Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Khaka Master (Pattern Master) with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Export or Luxury Garment Manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating accurate garment patterns (Khaka) as per design specifications.
- Developing patterns for export-quality and luxury garments.
- Understanding buyer specifications and international standards.
- Coordinating with sampling and production teams.
- Ensuring proper fitting and conducting trials.
- Making necessary corrections in patterns as per feedback.
- Maintaining quality standards during production.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Export or Luxury Garment Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern development.
- Ability to understand tech packs and buyer requirements.
- Experience in handling high-end / luxury fabrics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary & Benefits:
