Travel Booking Executive (Work From Home)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Booking Executives to join our growing travel business. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable resorts, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customers' travel requirements and suggest suitable resort options.
- Share quotations using the company's approved price list.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate booking confirmations with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Sales, customer service, or travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident in speaking with customers and closing sales.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
Compensation
This is a performance-based earning opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary.
- Earn up to approximately 30% of the profit generated from the bookings you successfully close.
- A company-approved B2C price list will be provided.
- Your commission for each booking will be clearly mentioned in the price list, so you'll know exactly how much you earn on every successful booking.
- The more bookings you close, the higher your earnings.
