About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team for real estate. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital design. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and branding materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing, and print media.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives.
- Edit images, illustrations, and videos when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong creativity, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and branding.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing and motion graphics knowledge.
- Experience in designing for real estate, digital marketing, or advertising industries.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
