We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Executive – Telecalling cum Accountant to manage front office operations, student enquiries, telecalling activities, and basic accounting functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Administration
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and clients professionally.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain visitor registers, enquiry records, and student databases.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and walk-in enquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, couriers, and correspondence.
- Support branch administration and daily office activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
Telecalling & Admissions Support
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from enquiry databases and leads.
- Follow up on admissions enquiries and course-related requests.
- Explain courses, training programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for interested candidates.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve enquiry conversion and admission targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for lead management.
Accounts & Finance
- Handle daily cash transactions and petty cash management.
- Prepare receipts, invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Maintain student fee collection records and payment details.
- Update financial records in Excel, Tally, or accounting software.
- Track pending payments and conduct payment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assist management with basic financial reporting and reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in front office, telecalling, administration, or accounts.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong telecalling and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
