- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, into internal databases or software.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Receive, process, and verify invoices and expense forms. Issue invoices to clients and track incoming/outgoing payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card logs, and vendor statements to ensure records are identical and to resolve discrepancies.
- Petty Cash Management: Track and manage petty cash transactions, ensuring all bills and receipts are properly recorded.
- Financial Reporting: Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly or yearly financial reports, expense reports, and budget forecasts.
- Tax and Statutory Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of local compliance reports (e.g., TDS, GST returns in India).
- Administrative Duties: Maintain both digital and physical financial files, respond to vendor/client inquiries, and manage departmental correspondence.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
