We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive & Social Media Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage office administration while handling the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be creative, and have strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
* Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
* Maintain office records, documents, and files.
* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
* Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchase requirements.
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide administrative support.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Social Media Management
* Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
* Respond to messages and comments professionally.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
* Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
* Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve engagement.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and social media management.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
* Good communication skills in Tamil and English(mandatory).
* Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
