We are looking for a dynamic Business Head Staffing to lead business growth, client acquisition, recruitment operations, and revenue generation across multiple hiring verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall recruitment business growth and profitability
- Build and manage key client relationships
- Develop hiring strategies for large-scale recruitment projects
- Lead recruitment, sales, and operations teams
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Ensure achievement of revenue, closure, and client retention targets
- Create scalable recruitment processes and delivery frameworks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition leadership
- Strong understanding of business development and client management
- Proven track record of team leadership and revenue generation
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
