Job Profile
A Special Educator supports students with diverse learning needs by providing individualized academic, behavioral, and developmental assistance. The role focuses on inclusive education, helping students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges, or special educational needs achieve academic and social growth within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and support students with learning difficulties and special educational needs.
Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student requirements.
Provide remedial teaching and personalized learning support.
Work closely with classroom teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies.
Conduct assessments and monitor student progress regularly.
Support students with behavioral, emotional, sensory, or developmental challenges.
Coordinate with parents, counsellors, therapists, and school leadership.
Adapt teaching methods, worksheets, and classroom activities to suit student needs.
Maintain confidential student records, progress reports, and intervention plans.
Conduct awareness sessions for teachers and parents on inclusive education practices.
Help create a supportive, safe, and inclusive school environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Special Education
B.Ed. in Special Education / Diploma in Special Education
RCI registration preferred (India)
Experience in handling students with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech or developmental challenges preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
