Support the Directors day-to-day activities and customer follow-ups.
· Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system and sales database.
· Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
· Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, product information, and order status.
· Process sales orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, finance, and service departments for smooth order fulfillment.
· Track customer requirements and ensure timely communication with the sales team.
· Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and supporting sales performance tracking.
· Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the concerned team for stock updates.
· Provide after-sales support by coordinating customer concerns with the service team.
· Support marketing and sales initiatives, promotional activities, and events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn sales processes and business operations
