Position: Territory Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Medical Devices by engaging with leading clinics and hospitals across Delhi/NCR. The role requires strong relationship management, product pitching and market expansion capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations and clinical detailing to doctors.
· Develop a sustainable business model for selling Medical Devices in clinics and hospitals.
· Establish a successful ground-level sales structure and revenue stream.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) .
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals .
· Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales pipeline .
· Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies .
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred)
· 3–4 years in medical device/pharma
· Proven experience in doctor engagement and institutional sales
· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and handle territory ownership
Pay: ₹12,629.14 - ₹51,035.30 per month
