Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Physical Science Teacher who can effectively teach both Physics and Chemistry for Grades 8, 9, and 10. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, building conceptual clarity, and preparing students for academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics and Chemistry to students of Grades 8, 9, and 10.
- Plan and deliver structured lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines.
- Simplify complex scientific concepts for better student understanding.
- Conduct practical sessions and demonstrations where required.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations.
- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and exam papers.
- Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use modern teaching aids, lab equipment, and digital tools.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc. – Physics / Chemistry)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. Physics / Chemistry) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in high school
- Experience in handling board classes (10th grade) preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics and Chemistry
- Excellent communication and explanation skills
- Ability to make learning interactive and engaging
- Classroom management skills
- Proficiency in conducting lab experiments
- Basic computer skills and use of smart boards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
