The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing first aid, basic medical care, health monitoring, emergency response, and health education to employees. The role also supports workplace safety programs and ensures compliance with occupational health standards.
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees at site.
- Assess workers’ health conditions and maintain medical records.
- Monitor vital signs and provide routine nursing care when needed.
- Coordinate ambulance services or hospital referrals during emergencies.
- Manage and maintain site clinic, medicines, medical equipment, and first aid supplies.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical checks.
- Assist in health screenings, vaccination drives, and wellness programs.
- Maintain confidential employee medical records and reports.
- Support occupational health and safety initiatives.
- Educate workers on hygiene, health, injury prevention, and workplace safety.
- Monitor communicable diseases or health risks at labor camps/site accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local occupational health regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and management regarding employee health issues.
- Prepare daily/monthly medical reports and incident records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
