WindStream is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless service support. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both customer acquisition and post-sales relationship management while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom, internet, IoT, and technology solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and account reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Service Support & Customer Success
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely issue resolution.
- Track service requests and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track leads, conversions, renewals, and customer feedback.
Pay: ₹18,205.36 - ₹32,606.12 per month
