Core Responsibilities
- Concept & Mood Boards: Translate client visions into cohesive design concepts, mood boards, and aesthetic layouts using design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CAD.
- Design & Styling: Curate event aesthetics including floral, lighting, drapery, and table styling to ensure a visually stunning environment.
- Budget Administration: Track decor and styling costs, ensuring all design elements stay strictly within the client’s allocated aesthetic budget.
- On-Ground Execution: Direct the on-site decoration and setup team to ensure every element—from the mandap/altar to the reception centerpieces—is perfectly placed and arranged before guests arrive
Key Skills & Requirements
- Aesthetic Sensibility: A keen eye for color palettes, spatial planning, current event trends, and architectural layout.
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to listen to clients' ideas, disentangle their dreams, and maintain clear alignment with fellow planners and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot quickly on the wedding day (e.g., mismatched centerpieces or malfunctioning lighting).
- Organization: Capability to juggle multiple events, track invoices, and adhere to strict wedding-day timelines
