Working Hours 10.30 am to 7.30pm
Overtime
100 Rs/ hour for 1 full hour above 10 hours. If worked on a holiday, 100 Rs per hour will be paid.
Reduction from overtime hours on account of late coming or early going home or break during office hours.
4 holidays/month on mutually decided time - Sunday or any other day.
Rs. 150 for food extra on outstation travel where you have left at 8 am or before.
Rs. 1200 for overnight travel per night which includes food, stay and overtime charges for 1 night.
Familiar how to use GPS locations while travelling.
Others
1) Strictly no phone use during driving. Keep phone on silent mode
2) Keep car completely clean at all times
3) No food inside the car
4) No games on the phone when on duty.
5) Clean clothes and shoes are compulsory. If office T-Shirt is given, have to wear that only
6) No rash driving. Speed limit is 90 even on highways
7) Any traffic challans will be debited to salary
8) Ensure regular servicing and proper maintenance of car
9) No discussions with kids on any topics besides work
10)Manage strict adherence to time
11)Office work & House work to be done.
12)Register to be maintained for overtime
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
