Hiring: SFCC Principal Engineer – Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced SFCC Principal Engineer – Tech Lead to drive technical excellence, architecture decisions, and engineering leadership for enterprise-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions
- Drive technical strategy, architecture roadmaps, and engineering best practices
- Mentor and enable engineering teams through technical leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Lead agile delivery and ensure successful project execution
- Make architecture and technology decisions in complex environments
- Drive frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements
- Establish CI/CD practices and engineering governance
- Support multi-brand and multi-region commerce implementations
- Ensure platform reliability, observability, and production support readiness
