Monoskin™ is a fast-growing dermatology and skincare company, working with doctors across India. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company's accounts, statutory compliance, financial reporting and help build efficient financial systems as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally.
- Record and verify daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banks.
- Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Improve accounting processes and internal financial controls.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company financial information.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
