Job Title: State Head – DDU-GKY (Odisha)
Location:Khorda ,Odisha
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead and manage DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) operations across Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and overall performance of the program in the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of DDU-GKY projects across Odisha
- Coordinate with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and reporting standards
- Manage training centers, mobilization activities, and placement processes
- Monitor targets related to enrollment, training, certification, and placement
- Prepare and submit MIS reports, progress reports, and audit documentation
- Handle inspections, audits, and third-party assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with employers for placement tie-ups
- Manage and guide state-level team members and center staff
- Ensure quality training delivery and candidate satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of government schemes and compliance frameworks
- Experience in team handling and project management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across Odisha

Preferred Candidate Profile
