3+ years experience • SMPE • CICS resource definition o Using RDO, CICS Explorer, BAS, etc • CICS system configuration • Incident and problem determination • Performance troubleshooting o Using Mainview, Omegamon or equivalent • Dump analysis • Familiarity with common programming languages o COBOL o Assembler o REXX o SAS
