Education: Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
