- Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and joining process.
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, or startup environments preferred.
