Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and hardworking Dispatch Executive to manage material dispatches, pickups, documentation, inventory support, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling field-related responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch materials from the warehouse to client sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collect materials from client sites and transport them safely back to the warehouse.
- Deliver bills, invoices, and other official documents to client offices.
- Visit client offices and project sites for documentation-related activities.
- Conduct stock verification and maintain records of usable and non-usable materials.
- Coordinate with clients and assist with marketing-related field activities.
- Submit daily work reports and updates to management.
- Ensure the proper handling, safety, and security of company materials during transportation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and clients to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, pickups, deliveries, and stock movements.
- Support urgent site requirements and carry out emergency deliveries when required.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional attitude while interacting with clients.
- Complete assigned tasks and field visits within specified timelines.
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse material organization.
- Immediately report any damaged, missing, or lost materials to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel for field visits and deliveries.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping processes.
