The Account Intelligence function plays a critical strategic role, operating upstream of Presales. While Presales focuses on crafting compelling proposals, Account Intelligence is responsible for developing the foundational insights and intelligence that inform and shape these proposals. Key responsibilities for this team include conducting in-depth account research, mapping stakeholder personas, performing comprehensive solution mapping, identifying whitespace opportunities, planning for expansion, and delivering actionable intelligence directly to our Sales and Presales teams.
This represents a unique opportunity as the inaugural hire for this pivotal function. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and building the operational framework from the ground up, with direct involvement and visibility into critical deal outcomes.
- Build 360 account dossiers on priority prospects: business model, org chart, tech stack, financial health, pain points, and recent strategic signals
- Map stakeholder personas: economic buyers, technical buyers, internal champions, and blockers within target accounts
- Translate account intelligence into Techolution solution fit across BPA 4.0, Gemini Enterprise, AI-Shore, Computer Vision, and AppMod.AI
- Identify whitespace within existing accounts: gaps between current deployment and expansion potential across the full portfolio
- Deliver structured account briefs and expansion plans to Sales and Presales ahead of discovery calls, proposals, and QBRs
- Track prospect intent signals such as leadership changes, tech spend, and strategic announcements and surface timely intelligence to Sales
- Refine the Account Intelligence methodology as the function scales: tooling, templates, and research frameworks
