Sales Executive – B2C
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website inquiries from potential guests. Provide detailed information about room categories, availability, pricing, and property facilities. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings across all Moustache properties. Coordinate with property teams to check availability, special requests, and booking confirmations. Maintain and update booking details in the CRM or reservation system. Assist guests with customized stay plans, group bookings, and travel recommendations. Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates and booking closures. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally. Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal packages by effectively communicating them to customers. Maintain daily records of leads, bookings, and revenue generated.
Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and conversion ability. Customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and manage high inquiry volumes. Good knowledge of online booking platforms and reservation processes. Basic understanding of the hospitality or travel industry. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
