- Lead end-to-end factory operations to achieve production, quality, cost, safety, and delivery targets.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and resource utilization.
- Improve productivity through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process improvements.
- Achieve production targets while reducing wastage, rework, downtime, and costs.
- Monitor OEE, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Ensure optimum inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, SCM, Quality, Sales, HR, Finance, and Logistics.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, AQL, CAPA, and RCA.
- Oversee preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and audit requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Drive manpower planning, productivity, training, and absenteeism control.
- Support new product development, process standardization, and capacity expansion.
- Review KPIs, MIS, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead budgeting, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- MBA/Degree/Diploma in Textile or Apparel Technology
- SAP/MS Office/AI
