We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support legal documentation, banking-related coordination, and follow-up activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of legal processes and should be able to handle documentation and communication with banks and legal offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and managing legal and official documents
- Handle banking-related follow-ups and coordination work
- Maintain records of agreements, files, and important documents
- Communicate with banks, clients, and legal consultants when required
- Support in verification and documentation processes
- Track pending work and ensure timely updates to management/lawyer
- Assist in drafting simple notices, applications, or letters under guidance
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and financial information
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or candidates with basic knowledge of law/documentation can apply
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of office work and documentation
- Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and manage follow-ups
