- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to integration platforms.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining middleware and application support environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with system performance tuning and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
