We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager from the Family Spa & Salon industry to lead sales growth and manage daily center operations at our Guwahati branch. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client conversions, revenue generation, team handling, and customer relationship management, handling pressure
This role is best suited for candidates who have previously managed a salon, spa, wellness center, or luxury beauty clinic and are confident in achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring smooth center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through memberships, packages, and service upgrades
- Handle complete center operations including staff coordination and customer experience
- Convert walk-ins and leads into paying clients with strong consultation and sales skills
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, repeat clients, and customer retention
- Manage front desk operations, appointments, and daily reporting
- Train and motivate the team to improve sales performance and service quality
- Handle client escalations professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and local marketing activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Salon, Wellness, or Beauty & Hair Industry
- Proven experience in direct sales and center management
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve revenue targets consistently
- Leadership skills with experience handling teams
- Good knowledge of salon/spa operations and client servicing
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in premium salons, spas, wellness clinics, or beauty centers preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Candidates from Guwahati or nearby locations preferred
