Job Title: Business Development Executive – Retail
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive retail sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company’s market presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, increasing store revenue, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new retail business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Monitor store performance and suggest growth strategies
- Prepare sales reports and business forecasts
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent sales and presentation abilities
- Market knowledge in retail industry

- Good networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in retail business development or sales
- Experience in retail industry preferred
