Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive insurance sales, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products, acquiring new customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Explain insurance products and suggest suitable plans to customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling
- Maintain sales reports and customer data
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Must be confident, presentable, and target-driven
- Field sales experience will be an added advantage
