Job Summary
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager – Production with experience in Die Casting Manufacturing to oversee shop-floor operations, supervise production teams, and ensure smooth manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in die casting, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Die Casting department.
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Lead and manage production supervisors, operators, and shop-floor manpower.
- Monitor die casting machines, cycle times, and overall machine utilization.
- Ensure smooth die changeover, machine setup, and process optimization.
- Maintain production efficiency while minimizing rejection and scrap rates.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Planning departments.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily production reports.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, housekeeping, and statutory regulations.
- Train and guide production operators and supervisors to improve performance.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Automobile Engineering.
- Experience in the Die Casting Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Experience working as a Production Supervisor, Production Engineer, or Assistant Manager – Production in a die casting environment is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
