We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate should have knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to menu requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Manage food preparation and ingredient handling
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Maintain proper stock and kitchen inventory
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook preferred
- Knowledge of Indian and basic multi-cuisine cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Freshers with cooking skills can also apply
