Job Role
- Deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
- Recommend menu items and beverages while providing knowledgeable service.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure impeccable service standards throughout the guest journey.
Requirements
- Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of wines and classic Italian cuisine is highly preferred.
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude and guest-first mindset.
- Passion for hospitality and luxury service.
Management Trainee (MT) Programme
Fresh graduates with a degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ambition to build a long-term career in premium hospitality.
