Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and third-party SDKs
- Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and design specs into polished Flutter widgets
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following clean architecture principles
- Debug, profile, and optimize application performance for smooth 60fps experiences
- Participate actively in code reviews and uphold coding standards across the team
- Support the full deployment lifecycle to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Collaborate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience developing production apps with Flutter and Dart
- Strong understanding of the Flutter widget tree, rendering pipeline, and lifecycle
- Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON serialization
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative code workflows
- Working knowledge of Firebase services — Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions
- Experience with both Google Play Store and Apple App Store submission processes
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture
- Ability to write unit tests and widget tests for critical application flows
