Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review daily site reports and resolve site-related issues.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and work plans.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget.
- Report project status and major issues to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
