We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in flow meter electronics qualification, validation, and compliance for Oil & Gas applications.
Position: Senior Flow Meter Electronics Validation Engineer
Industry: Oil & Gas / Industrial Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualification & validation of flow meter electronics, transmitters, and sensors
- EMC/EMI, vibration, thermal, humidity, and environmental testing
- Functional safety compliance – SIL / ATEX / IECEx
- Electronics reliability assessment, FMEA/FMECA, and RCA
- Hardware & firmware integration validation
- Compliance documentation and certification support
- Coordination with R&D, Quality, and Product Engineering teams
- Support field troubleshooting and performance analysis
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in industrial electronics / instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Turbine, or Electromagnetic Flow Meters
- Knowledge of HART, Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus
- Expertise in EMC testing and environmental qualification
- Familiarity with IEC / API / ISO standards
- Experience in Oil & Gas instrumentation projects
Preferred:
- SIL / Functional Safety certification exposure
- ATEX / IECEx certification knowledge
- Reliability engineering or Six Sigma background
- Consulting or advisory experience preferred
