We are seeking a Principal Engineer - .NET Full Stack with Cloud & Gen AI to take full technical ownership of complex application development projects. In this role, you will design and build scalable high-performance solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and collaborate closely with product owners and engineering teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities

Take full technical ownership of the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and deployment

Design and build scalable high-performance applications

Leverage AI tools, including Copilots, throughout the development process

Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives

Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
-
Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications
Requirements
-
12+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex applications end-to-end
-
Proficiency in .NET and ReactJS/Angular

Expertise in Azure/AWS and MS SQL

Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot is preferred)

Understanding of modern software architecture patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven, etc.)

Background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code
-
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a relentless drive for technical excellence

Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
