- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for sales and service follow-ups
- Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the showroom
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM system)
- Follow up with customers for test rides, bookings, deliveries, and service reminders
- Collect customer feedback (post-sales & post-service) and maintain records
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Support customer retention activities and loyalty programs
- Generate leads through calls and references
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
