We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage and drive a high-performing counselling team for our Germany Nurse Placement Program. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, counselling expertise, and target-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-8 Counsellors, ensuring team targets are met.
- Drive counselling and conversion for the Nurse Placement Program (Germany).
- Coach, train, and mentor counsellors to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, pipeline, and conversions.
- Ensure high-quality counselling and excellent candidate experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and process flow.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and engagement within the team.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in team handling within sales/counselling environments.
- Experience in international placements / overseas education / recruitment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversions, and counselling processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with strong leadership abilities.

Note: This is a full-time, office-based role with a six-day work week.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
