Job Summary:
Signature Club Resort, a part of Brigade Hospitality, is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Executive to oversee food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the achievement of departmental goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise F&B associates, ensuring effective team performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with SOPs.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Support revenue generation through upselling and guest engagement.
- Manage outlet inventory, consumption, and operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and statutory requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing events, banquets, and special promotions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations within reputed hotels or resorts.
- Strong technical knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and service operations.
- Proven team handling and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of guest relations and hospitality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems and operational reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
